Standard Checking In: Arrive at your leisure! Check-in is available from 2:00 pm up until 6:00 pm.
Standard Checking Out: Sleep in a bit before your departure. Check-out is by 11:00 am.
Late Check Out: Want to enjoy your stay a little longer? We offer a late check-out option for a small fee UK£10.00 / Eur12.00
A Comfortable and Smoke-Free Environment:
Our studio apartment is designed for your comfort and relaxation. We kindly ask that you refrain from smoking in the room.
Smoking is allowed in the Garden or Reception.
Paying for Your Stay:
We only accept cash – no credit / debit cards. For your convenience, we accept payments in USD, GBP, EUR or Gambian Dalasis. Feel free to ask about the amount. Full payment is required upfront, before you check in.
Booking in Advance:
To hold your reservation, we require a 20% non-refundable deposit.
Cancellations:
Cancel with confidence (up to 7 days out): For maximum flexibility, we allow cancellations on fully paid bookings up to 7 days before arrival. In these cases, you’ll receive a 50% refund.
Flexible options for changing plans: If you need to leave early, we can offer some flexibility, you may receive a 50% refund for the unused portion of your stay. Please note that adjustments are based on the remaining booked days.
No show guests: We understand things come up, but missed reservations without notice can leave us with empty rooms. In these cases, refunds can’t be offered.
Please Note all refunds are made in Gambian Dalasis.
